Ansu Fati Sensational Return From Injury For Barcelona

Ansu Fati Sensational Returns

Ansu Fati scored a stunning goal on his return after recovering from an injury at the Camp Nou match against Levante. It was Ansu Fati’s first appearance since his injury in November 2020 against Real Betis—and what a return he made! Can he help turn around Barca’s season?

A team of doctors diagnosed him with a torn meniscus in his left knee, and he had to undergo surgery. The 18-year-old Spanish Professional Footballer immediately scored in his comeback match.

He has been absent for 323 days, almost ten months, but could play again against Levante at Camp Nou. Ansu Fati was only revealed by Barcelona in the 81st minute, replacing striker Luuk de Jong. That was less than 10 minutes left, but it did not take long to mark his comeback by scoring a goal.

The forward Spanish Professional Footballer forgot to thank the doctors who had been with him during the recovery period. However, in the post-match interview, he thanked the doctors who had been with him throughout the treatment process.

Barcelona Never Expected This

Ansu Fati came off the bench, and he could reignite the team which never expected that kind of performance. He was energetic, took risks like he never left. You wouldn’t have found a football fan who could believe he had been out for a long time with so many setbacks. That showed his mentality had so much room to grow.

According to his thoughts, he was in shock, and he couldn’t imagine the reaction he got from the crowd. He said he wanted to help the team whenever it needed him. A group of fans stayed behind where Ansu Fati was being interviewed, chanting and applauding his name. He looked up and acknowledged it.

He was grateful for the team and his family. His family had been with him for the past months during his recovery from the knee injury. It was this intriguing support that made him return strongly.

Ansu Fati was asked about the number 10 shirt he took after Lionel Messi left as a PSG free agent later this summer. It was the first time he spoke since inheriting the number. It usually takes a little bit of getting used to, but Ansu Fati seized on that occasion.

When asked whether it is pressure wearing that shirt, he honestly answered that it’s not going to bring so much pressure, but it makes him proud wearing it. What was seen in the match tells you everything you need to know about this young man.

Alfred Schreuder said that he was an excellent player who generated so many chances that he finished well. The team is happy about his return, and he is the player the team needs most. The players in the team were energetic and showed a good attitude.

Bаrсelоna vs. Lеvаntе 3-0 Highlights & All Goals

Five minutes on the clock, the referee gave a penalty to Barcelona after a tackle that brought Memphis Depay down. It was his backing goal for Levante in the eye, and he netted the ball to the left of the goalkeeper. That was the start Barcelona exactly wanted. Barcelona took the lead 1 – 0 in exactly 6 minutes.

Dest played an outstanding game by passing the ball to striker Luuk de Jong who gave an easy finish making it 2 – 0 for Barcelona. It was quite a good finish for the Dutch Professional Footballer. That was a fabulous start for Barcelona, barely 13 minutes on the clock.

At the 81st minute Koeman swiped Luuk de Jong with Ansu Fati. Considering his confidence and pace, Ansu Fati worked for his goal at the 91st minute, making it three nil for Barca. Now Barcelona climbs up to the fifth position on the La Liga table.

Barcelona has seen some big chances missed and wasted opportunities following a disappointing result for Barcelona, drawing with Cadiz just days after another draw against Granada. Ronald Koeman’s job was under a serious threat ahead of the upcoming international break.

These are not the games a team like Barcelona should drop points for, and it was the same as last season. Barcelona is expected to play against Benfica in the UEFA Champions League on 29th Wednesday.
